Explore the fluid and vibrant world of watercolor painting. Students will learn essential techniques for washes, layering, and texture while experimenting with color and composition to create expressive, original paintings. Supply list provided on receipt.

List of supplies to be brought to class:
-Watercolor paint set including at least red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, and black. This can be a set of pans or tube paint with a mixing palette.
-Watercolor brushes: at least a small round brush (2), medium round brush (6), flat wash brush (1/2 inch), and a rigger.
-Cold-press watercolor paper or sketchbook, 5x7 inch and 8x10 inch.
-Water cup
-Pencil and eraser
-Permanent black pen (such as a micron or ultra fine sharpie)
